Q5. Do we ever withhold information about alternative parts from our customers?
No. We always operate transparently and disclose all available alternative parts.

 Q6. What about our warranty?
1、Fuel and electronic control components (injectors, common rail pipes, fuel pumps, solenoid valves, ECU) are not covered under warranty after repair and successful test operation.

2、A 1-month warranty applies from the date of installation to generators, starter motors, turbochargers, fuel transfer pumps, steering vane pumps, air compressors, clutch boosters, and pump & valve products, as well as other electronic components. 

3、A 3-month warranty applies from the date of installation to water pumps, silicone oil fans, clutch discs and pressure plates, flywheels, and exhaust manifolds. 

4、A 6-month warranty applies from the date of installation to core engine components, including cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts, oil pumps, pistons, cylinder liners, and bearings. 

Q7. Do we offer return and exchange services?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days from the date of sale, provided the packaging is intact, the product is free from oil contamination, and it has not been installed.
